Sign-ups for the Introduction period have started!

Hey new student!

Are you interested in sailing in Wageningen? Do you want to find out whether Aqua is the association for you?

Stress no more, because the sign-ups for our annual introduction period have started!

During these four days, you will join sailing at Aqua, eat dinner with us and join one of the activities organized by our IntroCie!

Beside these four evenings, you can also join our introweekend, where we will take you to Friesland to sail even more!

8^th of September: Our first introduction day takes place at the Waterscouting in Wageningen. You will cycle together with your buddy group to the right place, and join sailing with us for the first time! After sailing, we have prepared a nice meal for you to enjoy, while we present a general introduction of Aqua. When we are done eating, we will continue to the personal bingo! When signing up for this introduction, you will have to give a fun fact about yourself, and during the bingo you need to match the person with the right fun fact!

10^th of September: On the second introduction day, which also takes place at the Waterscouting, you will join sailing and dinner with us again. At this time, you must have gained some knowledge, so we will test this with a pubquiz!

15^th of September: Our third introduction day is a new addition to the introperiod: the VADA evening. This takes place at watersportassociation- and harbour VADA (which is close to Argo). This evening, we do not provide dinner, but we do take you on our dinghies and valken, to show you some other types of sailing!

17^th of September: Lastly, during our fourth introduction day, where we of course go sailing and have dinner together again, you can roam around at the Waterscouting while completing as much crazy 88 tasks as you can! Afterwards, we wrap up the introduction evenings, and you can sign up as a member!

25-27 September: Do you want to join a whole weekend with some other new members? Also sign up to our introweekend! We will travel to Friesland together, where we will sail on valken for two days and sleep on these boats too. It’s a good way to feel the atmosphere on our sailing weekends!

The four introduction evenings together are €20, and joining the introweekend is an additional €70-€80 (exact price will be determined later)
